You can buy your IstanbulKart from the Metro station at the airport. The machines are blue and yellow and Plainly state ‘IstanbulKart’ on them. Some machines help you pay by credit score/debit card, and Other people permit you to pay with Lira money. You may have to queue, so just be patient.
